Ordering Policies

After getting prices and deciding to order the following policies apply. These policies have been developed over several years to insure that everyone can continue to receive the lowest prices possible.

Print out the E-mail that you received from us with prices to use as your order form...(or use the order form on the website) and mail with payment to the address below. Also E-Mail and tell us you're sending your order so we will be looking for the order by mail.

Payment (at least 50% deposit required with order) may be made with check or money order...we will call you for your balance when the merchandise is in our warehouse ready to be delivered. Balances must be mailed within 48 hours of our notification that merchandise is in. Personal checks are accepted for balances but 10 business days are allowed for check to clear. We prefer certified funds for balances. We do not accept any type of credit card due to the high transaction fees. We do not collect sales tax on any orders shipped outside of North Carolina.

Orders usually take 4 to 12 weeks. We do not check status during that time but if your order should exceed 12 weeks please let us know so we can check with the manufacturer and give you an update.

Our in home delivery service will call you to schedule delivery to your home usually within 1 to 3 weeks after we receive your balance. Your delivery charges include set up in your home and insurance on all pieces. You must be accommodating to the delivery service when they call to schedule delivery. Minor servicing can be performed in the home by the delivery company, but we will not be responsible for any replacement of merchandise that is accepted and left in your home. Our in home delivery service does not move furniture to make room for your delivery. You should have room cleared and a clear path before they arrive. Please do not include delivery fees with order...they are due upon arrival at your home.

If you have any questions please E-Mail them from this website...if you want to speak to a "human" before ordering  provide your daytime phone number. Although you are welcome to visit please do not call the store location as sales staff there are not familiar with the Internet policies.
